About Algoland

I believe real estate decisions should be made by numbers, not gut feeling. I am a licensed real estate agent and court-auction specialist, and the founder of Algo Partners Inc., the company behind Algoland.

We build AI tools, powered by Claude, that collect Korean transaction prices and court-auction data, check title rights, and calculate after-tax returns across eight cost items, from acquisition tax to capital gains tax. For redevelopment properties, the tools simulate future value using the project's value ratio and each owner's expected contribution.

I use these tools every day in my own brokerage and auction consulting, so every feature is tested on real cases. I also teach the method in the Fastcampus course “AI Real Estate Auction Super-Agent”, and I built and run AI map services that analyze auction properties, redevelopment zones and commercial districts on a map.
